Session: 4 hours (full day)

Format: Format is open but will use group class schedule as a guideline

• 30 minutes at RAD MX Tent
  • Check-in / pre-chat, explain rules, hand signals, format, insights to the exercises
• 30-minute exercise 1
  • 4 riders on track, 4 riders listening & watching Ricky. 5 minutes on/off oscillation rotation
• 30-minute exercise 2
  • 4 riders on track, 4 riders listening & watching Ricky. 5 minutes on/off oscillation rotation
• 30-minute lunch break
  • Rest, re-fuel, discuss success & challenges, insights from Ricky
• 30-minute exercise 3
  • 4 riders on track, 4 riders listening & watching Ricky. 5 minutes on/off oscillation rotation
• 30-minute exercise 4
  • 4 riders on track, 4 riders listening & watching Ricky. 5 minutes on/off oscillation rotation
• 20-minute start practice
  • All 8 riders at the same time
• 20-minute final moto
  • Complete multiple full laps and put all the tools together
• 15-minute recap & wrap up talk
